If you’re like me, you have quite the collection of scarves and other warm clothing items in her home.

Pay it Forward:

We can always use something to uplift us and help other people: especially during our ongoing season of COVID.

In the second week of December, all the donated scarves, winter hats and other items will be tied to appropriate fences in specific areas of our community. People who could use the items are welcome to come and take them — no questions asked.

On each piece of clothing will be a note: “I am not lost or forgotten and neither are you.”

I hope that people will take that message to heart. Maybe they’ll put the note in their pocket, and if they’re feeling down and discouraged, maybe they’ll pull it out, look at it, and remember that people really do care. And like every season ;even our season of Covid) this, too, shall pass.

As many clothing shelters are still closed, this year we’ll need an even greater amount of winter clothing – with more families trying to make ends meet. If you have scarves, hats, gloves, etc. please text me at 267-971-8799 or CantorSBorsky@gmail.com for drop-off information or pick-up.
