Congratulations to this talented Olympian!
Olympian Tamyra Mensah-Stock made history on Aug. 3 as the first black female to win a gold medal in wrestling. She is now the number-one female wrestler in the world!
After winning the women’s freestyle 68kg wrestling final, she said “it’s by the grace of God I’m able to even move my feet. I just leave it in His hands.”
The 28-year-old Olympian added how much it amazes her that “there is no cap to the limit that I can do.”
